Loved this place , it must be at least 4 star hotel, not 2 star. Host Stacey was so helpful all the time, we from Vancouver visited with our family friends, kids from Toronto we were in lakefront 3 bedroom condominium, as per Stacey we were surprised to see its cleanliness, arrangements, beds, washrooms, kitchen . Kids, elderly people, friends we all age group were there , Right in front of beach and close to all attractions, we will definitely come back.Everyone loved it and relaxed. Thanks

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. For a 2-star motel, the rooms are great. The BBQ next to the pool is a great touch. The location is absolutely unbeatable. All around great experience. Thank you!
Shoreline revived 5 stars with the understanding of the type of lodging. This is not a Hilton, however for affordability lodging it was excellent. The staff were great to deal with and treated us well, they even went out of the way of switching up a room for my elderly father so he could be on a lower floor. The rooms and beds were clean and comfy. We were a family of 15 with 4 rooms rented the two suits were perfect for what we needed. If you are a group needing an affordable place, I would highly recommend Shoreline.

Great Stay in Penticton! We were very impressed with the quality of The Shoreline Resort in Penticton. Everything was great , excellent customer service, very friendly staff, excellent location, and overall, very clean rooms. Highly recommended!
Overall decent place, and reasonably priced. It’s very old (part of its charm for me) but seems to be decently maintained. Room was dated but was a good size and had a full size fridge and stove that was useful. It was fairly clean (Did find some nasty stains on the couch and chairs and toilet etc. looses a star for that) Staff is friendly and had no issues. Can’t beat the location, as it’s right where I wanted to be.
I have to say that the location and the staff are what makes this hotel so fantastic. You can see the hard work.They all put in with a smile on their face
